• You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before the product ships. Cancellation is only possible before the item has been dispatched.
• Any cancellation form the customer end charges of 3% for online payment charges will be deducted and the balance will be refunded within 10 working days
• If we are unable to deliver the goods to transport office we will fully refund the paid amount

• Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
